When we say we’re here for you, we mean it. The Office of Admissions is dedicated to not only answering your questions but anticipating the ones you haven’t thought of yet.
Whether you have a question about submitting your application or what it’s like to be a student at Colorado State University, we have a dedicated team ready to help. We provide a variety of ways to reach out, so you get the info you need, the way you need it.
Our customer service office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can expect a reply from us two business days after you reach out to us, or sooner! In the meantime, check out our frequently asked questions to see if you can get an answer right now.

Undergraduate admissions:
Schedule a one-on-one appointment with an admissions counselor by finding your counselor and setting up a time on their web page. Appointments may be available by phone, video chat, or in person.
Transfer admissions:
Schedule a one-on-one video chat or phone call with a transfer admissions counselor. Appointments may be available by phone, video chat, or in person.
Schedule time to talk with a current undergraduate student. Appointments may be available via video or phone call.

All applicant types are explained online. You can find out whether you are a freshman, transfer, returning, second bachelor’s, international, graduate, or nondegree-seeking applicant.
